Hello everyone,
I am sorry it took so long to post the results. I was waiting to see if I would get more responses-I have only heard from one person. Here is what was stated:
In Auburn:
Daut's restaurant on Genessee St.-The owner knows the restrictions of the diet so be sure to state your needs.
Parisi's Pub on Rt. 5 (Grant Ave.) - Todd fixes good gf meals.
Springside Inn on Rt. 38

Friendlys in Camillus, Syracuse, and Liverpool pay attention to the cross contamination issues and the person said that they get a plain hamburger and a banana split!

If you are buying food there is Wegmans in Auburn and in Syracuse there is a health food store called Nature-Tyme.

Thanks,
Janet
