The April 1, 2010, Family Circle magazine has a section of Gluten-Free recipes, pages 150 - 161, under the title, "Going Against the Grain."   Also, on page 106 in the Health News, the questions is asked/answered, "Does celiac disease run in families?"  The recipes are Baked Penne & Turkey Meatballs, Chicken Scaloppine Al Marsala, Thai Pork Wraps, Glazed Drumsticks with Quinoa, and Southwestern Pizza.   -Shirley
