I am struggling with understanding how people stay on the GF diet after being
dx with CD. I have been on this diet for almost a year and have not cheated,
although there have been a few mistakes. I am sooooo tired of these
restrictions. Does anyone get sick of being GF and decide not to be so dedicated to
the diet? I can not imagine spending the rest of my life doing this. I have
never been deathly ill because of CD, but am anemic. I think because of this I
do not feel the benefits of being GF like some people do.

Thanks for any insight you can give me.
