DON’T MISS CDF'S CELIAC DISEASE CONFERENCE IN LOS ANGELES!

There is still time to register and attend Celiac Disease Foundation's
upcoming Annual Conference and Food Faire on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at Good
Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles from 8:30am to 4pm. Registration is $90
and includes a continental gluten-free breakfast and lunch.

This is an exceptional opportunity to hear experts in the field of celiac
disease and meet fellow celiacs. You will also be able to sample a wide
variety of gluten-free products from over 25 vendors.

Special feature: All day supervised Children’s Program for celiac kids and
their siblings ages 5 and up. The children will have the opportunity to talk
directly with Dr. Michelle Pietzak and Dr. “Duke” Pitukcheewanot as well as
registered dieticians. They will be able to ask questions to learn about the
disease as well as how to cope with eating habits at home and at school.
And of course they will visit with the vendors and enjoy a variety of
gluten-free foods including GF pizza!

During lunchtime there will be mini sessions which will include discussion
groups for parents with children who have celiac and Type I diabetes, people
