This recipe is adapted from www.cookbrazil.com<about:blank>

1 pound tapioca flour

1 /2 pound potatoes cooked, mashed and cooled

1 Tablespoon butter

1/ 4 cup canola oil

2 eggs

1/ 2 teaspoon

1 3/ 4 cups grated parmesan cheese or any grated cheese of choice.

1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix all ingredients except milk. Add milk as needed to make a soft dough.

Roll about 25 1" balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Or flatten and serve with hand food. It makes a great pizza dough when =
