Anna from Sweden has the best attitude about this diet.  I felt the same way
from the very beginning.  Whoever is lucky enough to have Internet has a
golden mine of informations:  recipes or CD itself.

Just one difference here in America (Canada is in America too) the celiac
disease is UNDER diagnosed, very less knowned than in Europe.  Also, it is
impossible to eat GF sandwiches, pizza or cookies at restaurants.  Eating out
is more difficult here, but the more often we will go and educate them, the
easiest it will be in the long run.

Like in everything, there is always people who see the glass half empty or
half full.
