I just read a resume of "where to eat in Vegas.  One said the Cheese Factory.
I live in Hallandale Fl. 4 months a year and there is a Cheese Factory near
of us.

I thought it wasn't for me, but would like to go.  What do you eat there?
It is so busy that I dont want to speak to the Chef and intrude.
