I saw an add for glucerna in a diabetes magazine. In a store i found
they not only made shakes (which teh website claims are gluten free) but
also bars, which does not specifically say it's GF. However it looks
like the fiber comes from corn and rice, and while they process nuts, it
doesn't say wheat on tha tpart of the label.

Does anyone have information about whether flour or whatever is used in
processing or anything?

Here's teh website i used.
