The American Diabetes Association has published a cookbook ( only 75 recipes) for people with both conditions of diabetes and celiac disease. Has anyone read it? It’s called “Gluten-Free Recipes for People With Diabetes” and costs about $17 on the ADA website though you can get it cheaper from Amazon. Is it worth it?
