Hi:

I searched the archives but I did not see a clear summary or answer to
my question.

I have seen conflicting information that items such as mayonnaise,
catsup, margarine/butter, mustard can have hidden gluten. I would be
delighted to find one of the above as a GF product.

Are there any commercial products that are gluten free?

The GF bread I have found is dry and hard to swallow without something
to add moisture. I hate to add bread to the list of foods I don't eat as
the only health food store in town has few choices for GF items. I
also worry about enough nutrients without bread. I am currently eating
plain white rice and 100% corn tortillas for bread substitutes.

Any suggestions for creating a nutritionally balanced diet with celiac?
My physician was no help when I asked.

Thanks.
