I would like to thank the wonderful Celiac community of San Antonio for all their help. You are a terrific proactive group! I haven't posted until I was certain that my other autoimmune group was, in fact, going forward with our conference. Yes! We are having a "PBCers: Meeting The Challenge" conference in San Antonio on August 9-August 11 at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk.
I will be sharing the following information with our members about gluten free options other than the hotel meals that will be served during the conference:

www.chickenparadise.com
www.alamoceliac.org
If there is anyone who has further interest in our conference, please be in touch with me privately. Thank you all again.
Andrea
