        They make a 10-inch gluten-free pizza crust with cheese, tomato
sauce and pepperoni  -- price is $13.53.  The crust comes from their
headquarters sealed and frozen.  The following things are gluten free:

         Cheese: Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Ricotta, & Feta

         Sauces:  Organic Tomato Sauce, Marinara Sauce, Chipotle Pesto,
Chutney, & Roasted Garlic Sauce

         Vegetables:  All fresh vegetables are GF; as well as Greek olive
mix

         Meats:  Pepperoni, Italian sausage and Salamis

        Salad Dressings:  Girard's Caesar dressing (order without croutons),
Girard's Old Venice Italian, Girard's Balsamic, and Girard's White Balsamic

 

        Please call ahead to make sure they have the GF crusts available.
