Hi everyone - wow there was a lot of feedback and it varied greatly! Here
is what I got:

Some have had problems with wine some have not. Some had problems when
first diagnosed some still have issues!

Not Gluten it could be sulfates (some said they have a gluten like reaction
as well), eggs or milk allergy or just the plain out bug (though I've tried
wine three different weeks and had the same reaction).

Recommended wines:
Vegan Wines: Yellowtail Red (White is not vegan), Fre and Grisole
Fetzer White
Not cheap wines (they have additives)
Organic wines

Wheat paste - this was a hot topic. Some felt this was not true while others
did. What I found on a Living Without article is wheat paste is used to
construct and seal the barrels as well as repair them. They are suppose to
be washed out thoroughly however so shouldn't have wheat in the wine. It
was said on several sites on the internet that there is a possible cross
contamination issue on this though. Some people recommended stainless steel
barrels which is used mostly for white wines while red, champagne and
chardonnay use oak barrels.

Other recommendations:
Don't drink wine
Try martini's
Drink Riesling

So that about summarizes it. Sorry so long.

I know I am reacting to the wine as I've had it and nothing else but my
normal safe foods. It happens every time I drink wine and mirrors my gluten
reaction. Do not necessarily think it's gluten but know something is
causing this issue. So I will probably just quit drinking wine! Oh well!
who needs a vice anyhow :)

Thanks to everyone for your advice and help!
