Yes, information about eating gluten-free in different countries would be
useful to many of us. I'm an American about to begin a four-month stay in
Australia, and I'd appreciate any information Aussie subscribers can give me
about what I can expect. For example, the recent query about xanthan gum from
NZ made me wonder if this product is readily available in Australia? What
about gluten-free yeast and baking powder? How difficult is eating in
restaurants? Any hints will be much appreciated.
