I post this to the list, because I benefited from the tip Gayle K gave to me.
About my brown itchy spot (supposed to be a form of eczema said my
dermatologist), she suggested I applied Neutrogena hand cream, Norwegian
Formula, in a plastic tube, every evening.  What I began 6 days ago.  Since
the first day, I have 90% amelioration.  Some days, it doesnt itch at all.
The brown color is fading.  Amazing
