Before I would commit myself to a lifelong dietary change as
drastic as is the gluten free diet, I think I would be sure to have
a definitive biopsy study done just to be sure. I mean, let's face
it, the diet, albeit not impossible to follow, requires a great deal of
work, planning, research, time, and effort. It's not something to
take lightly, nor is it something that can be started and discontinued
when it becomes inconvenient. I think a definitive diagnosis would
make one adhere more closely to such strict dietary requirements.

Just my 2cents.
