I have responded to questions about the bread machines giving the name of the
Gluten Free Pantry in Glastonbury many times.  I would like everyone to know
I don't work for or am I asked to solicite for that company.  I have had very
good luck with getting information and supplies from Beth Hillson(a celiac
and chef-owner of the gluten-free Pantry).  Beth had done testing on many

I myself have a wellbuilt l.5 size loaf and I am pleased with it.  However
the model I have is no longer available.
