Hello All,

I will need to be away this weekend quite unexpectedly. Looks like the most probable food option will be a Panera Bread. I don't have a lot of experience dealing with this food chain, but I know that people on this list have spoken about it positively and would so appreciate your help.

Panera's website does not have a GF list per se, but does list ingredients of individual dishes. However, there are some items listed that I, of course, am questioning -- "cream sauce," "seasonings," "broth." Does anyone have suggestions for how to figure out what's GF?

Many thanks!

Justine
