This mix is gluten, wheat, potato, soy, corn, dairy and casein free.
A few weeks ago I picked up a cake mix at the DeLand Bakery in Deland Florida.
It is by Namaste Foods and it is the vanilla cake mix.
It was delicious! It was a dense cake and very, very moist.
I thought it had the consistency of banana bread/cake and thought I would try it the next time I made it.
I made it tonight and it was GREAT!
I followed the regular directions
and added 2 mashed ripe bananas
to the mix and baked for the regular time.
I can't wait to bring it to work!
I did a search on Namaste Foods and there are quite a few websites offering the product.
Definitely worth trying!!
Lauren
