Hi,
I was diagnosed with celiac 2 yrs ago this month. I have, to the best of my ability been gluten-free since that time. I have, however, had a few incidents after eating that restaurants where my meal was supposedly gluten-free.
My question is what is "brain fog"? I have been plagued with periods where I just can't seem to concentrate, enjoy things I used to just because I just want to sit and not have to think. I don't know if this is a depression type of feeling or what?
Would love some feedback on "brain fog".
Thanks,
Helen
