Dear list:

Has any one had a reaction after eating smoked salmon that contains nitrites.
The salmon is smoked with natural wood and is gluten free.  I've been on a
wheat and gluten free diet for 5 months and am still trying to determine what
causes problems for me even though I have been wheat and gluten free.  I'd
appreciate your responses.
