I guess when I sent my copy of the sample menu through, I forgot to
mention that you have to modify it to be gluten-free.

To the people that have asked, yes I do follow this diet by modifying it
to what is gluten-free. This is the same procedure I have followed since
being diagnosed with Celiacs. Since starting this diet I am starting to
feel better again.

Sorry for any problems this may have caused.
