Not exactly. They only sanction specially washed wheat starch. It is
relatively expensive. It is only used in products targeted at the celiac
community. They do not sanction any other wheat starch. This special wheat
starch is unavailable in the US, so American products with wheat starch are
not sanctioned by anyone in the world.
