Here's some of the things I got back concerning the GF status of chicken
broth and Bourbon.

I had asked about Swanson's chicken broth and got answers varying from all
Swanson's is GF down to just one UPC code is gluten free. I think that if
you go with Swanson's chicken broth UPC code 51000 02431 2 you should be
pretty safe. Sweet Sue, Kitchen Basics, Herbox (chicken cubes), and Health
Valley were other brands that people mentioned as GF. I ended up finding a
chicken broth made by Pacific Foods in my local Whole Foods Store.went on
the website and it's marked GF.

As far as Bourbon, the general consensus is that since it is distilled it is
ok. Jack Daniels and Makers Mark were two brands that came up often. Let
it be noted that there were some dissenters to the GF status of bourbon. As
for me, I think I'll risk it!

Thanks for everyone's help!

Happy Thanksgiving!
