Does anyone know of a gluten-free, dairy free meal replacement shakes?
Something like Slimfast (but not for weight loss - just for emergency quick
meals on the go).

I realize that eating real foods is much healthier, and is the desired goal,
but I'm just thinking in emergencies. Any ideas?
