A Celiac friend is in the hospital UCI.  We need some delicious recipes for
quick breads and meat dishes.  These recipes need to be easy to prepare.

I had thought of recommending some cookbooks to the people who are looking
for recipes for her but I really would like to send recipes that are being
used and enjoyed by Celiacs.

This lady cannot have yeast, very small amount of sugar or any kind of
dairy products other than the Endensoy milk they use.

I have many food allergies and had only a couple recipes that I could send
to them.

This lady and the hospital staff will appreciate receiving the delicious
TRIED and true recipes that I can forward to them.
