Just called Taco bell about gluten free items on their menu.
Well guess what, unless your willing to just eat beans, cheese, salsa, hot sauce, sour cream
or the fresh lettuce or tomatoes, there isn't much else available!!
They did say if your Taco bell happens to still make the tostadas that would be
safe. But even the hard shell taco's & mexi fries, because they are fried in contaminated
oil they wouldn't be safe. I called 1-800-Taco bell for this info.    Alli
