Hi again Gang!

I just wanted to clarify my previous post.  I'm interested in low-gluten
hosts not gluten-free hosts because the Catholic church insists upon gluten
in the host.  Please do not respond to lecture me.  I know the risks.  Please
only respond if you have a source for low-gluten hosts.  Thank you in advance.
