Is there any information on how long the gut might remain sensitive
(not totally healed) to foods that might contain more acidity? Did any
of you find a sensitive gut for the first few years and then it accepted
some of the GF foods better after that period of time? I can eat foods
that I know are for sure GF, and then eat something with more acid, or
onions, or other types of food and almost be more miserable than eating
gluten--I don't react as severe as many of you do. I just want to know
if there is hope or if I have to continue giving up more food. If it
worked for you--please e-mail me at my address.
