I posted my recipe for Raspberry-filled Sugar Cookies on the GIG recipe site
at www.gluten.net/recipes.  They are beautiful and taste great too - you can
see a picture on the GIG website.  I got the cookie cutters I needed at
Williams-Sonoma.

These will be great to make for Valentine’s Day!
