A wonderful friend was kind enough to bake me gluten free rolls. However, she put caraway seeds on top of some of them. Does anyone know if caraway seeds (which come from rye) are safe to eat? If not, is it safe for me to pick them off the top?

Thanks. I will be happy to summarize.

Michael
