Wondering if there are any list members in the area of Northern Delaware,
(or Philly to Baltimore).

ALSO, in my introduction I mentioned GF one-pot trail meals for
backpacking. My offer has preceded my actually having them all in
typewritten form. All of you who have emailed for them, I will get them
posted soon, and if you do email a request, I'll send them directly to
you. Oh, and when/if you do email for the recipes, let me know where you
plan to hike/kayak/mountainbike/ski etc., as I love to live vicariously
through shared adventures.
I remember back when I was diagnosed there was a feeling of,"once
you're diagnosed you probably know more than your doctor". Information
was sketchy at best. Now I am amazed at the breadth of information,
genetic, clinical, diagnostic testing, symptoms, related disease
processes, and the list goes on.
I especially enjoy hearing all the little hints everyone has to share.
It reminds me of how resourceful and smart we can all be when faced with
a challenge. Thanks.

Pat
