Hello Listmates:
I realize that not all celiacs can eat oats even if they are gluten  
free. However, if you can I highly recommend the recipe for oatmeal  
cookies that I found on the package of oats from the company called  
Gluten Free Oats. The recipe (called Monster Cookies) can be found on  
their website www.glutenfreeoats.com. The only change I made was  
making them a bit larger. They are delicious!
