Research information about the effect of improperly digested casein and
gluten molecules on the brain is available from
<http://www.panix.com/~donwiss/reichelt.html> This is very good
information.
Don Wiss recently posted the address for Dr. Robert Cade who also has done
studies in this area and whose lab can test for casein and gluten in blood
samples. Address:2800 Archer Road Surge Area-- University of Florida ,
Building #683, Gainsville, FL. 326ll telephone: (904) 392-8952.
Dietary intervention may be a better option than drugs.
