Wheat and Oat Bran are exactly what their name imply. They contain the
toxic grains.

In the last few years there has been considerable discussion about
undiagnosed celiacs as a direct result of a change in their diet for health
reasons. As a few newly diagnosed celiacs found out, adding wheat bran to
their diet was just the right environmental factor to bring symptoms of
celiac disease to the forefront.

Normally, things with the words: wheat, rye, oats, and barley are toxic to
a celiac. The exception is wheat starch (but obtaining a product free of
the toxic protein can be a challenge). That is why it is not allowed in
the US GF diet.
