I spoke with Judy a nutritionist at Starkist Seafood Company today.
(800-252-1587) She assured me that all Starkist products are gluten-free
unless it is packaged with other items (ie:  saltine crackers).  Hydrolyzed
Casein is a dairy product, hydrolyzed soy protein is strickly soy since the
FDA requires it to be.  It sounds as if their tuna is safe.  I have no
affiliation with this company.
