We just came back from Boone NC trip. lt is still just as gluten free friendly! Grocery
stores had a bunch of choices for GF, CF for me. Cuyote Kitchen (by Wal-Mart)is a totally GF kitchen.
Melanies for an early breakfast or Hob Nob for brunch/lunch were great. We found a new place in Blowing Rock.
They were great GF menu & local fresh fish! Fun trip in the mountains of NC !!!
Happy, safe travels all- Rhonda Reid
