Here is an email I received from Tyson after inquiring about their chicken:

Ms. Anderson,

The Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen Chicken Breast(6 lb.) and the
Individually Fresh Frozen Chicken Tenderloins in the 4 lb. bag are both
gluten free products.  The broth does not contain any known allergens.  The
broth is taken from a liquid to a powder and that causes a "reactionary
flavor."  According to the FDA we have to list "flavor" in our broth
ingredients.
