Hi all. I'll be vacationing soon in Costa Rica with my gluten intolerant and
vegetarian wife and gluten/dairy intolerant daughter.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions for finding GF/DF/Vegetarian foods,
restaurants, etc.? We will spend a few days around Arenal and a few days
down the road in the cloud forests.

Any tips on stores around San Jose to stock up on GF/DF food?
