Bread machines can be wonderful presents and I highly recommend it for
every celiac.  But just like any other GF item, there are some unique
features of using our alternate flours.

Here are some thoughts:

After seeing the Red Star machine in operation, based upon price, size and
a few other features, I recommend it.  But there are other machines and
each person should investigate the features.  Remember to ask if there is
a 30 day return policy.

Red Star operates a celiac bread hotline (800) 4-CELIAC.  They have used
most machines and are very helpful.  Remember to ask for a copy of their
recipes.

This List has a good set of initial bread recipes.  Most are designed for
1 1/2 pound machines (3 cups of flour).  They are available by sending in
