To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for your e-mail regarding our new TABASCO Chipotle Sauce.  Please
be advised that the vinegar used to produce our Chipotle Sauce is made from
wheat. We have had the vinegar and the sauce analyzed and gluten was not
detectable (<0.016%), but it may not be considered gluten-free. We recommend
that consumers consult their physicians.
