Had wanted to wait until I was more educated before I posted, sigh ...

Does Polly-O string cheese have glutens? You know, you save
those little sticks-o-cheese, which have zippo ingredient information.
Called Kraft and they caringly said they would mail me a gluten-free
list. Anyhoo, I ate it and felt sick shortly thereafter ... but was
curious if anyone knew for sure.

A Lipton representative confirmed that "I Can't Believe Its
Not Butter" non-aerosol cooking spray is GF, alcohol-free,
wheat-free. [I didn't see anything evil on the ingredients
list ... except the ominous "Other Ingredients", which is
what prompted the call.] Yay.

Thanks for a great list. I'm only GF a week now, and I'm getting
less cranky by the day.
