My husband and I are planning a trip to New Zealand and Australia in March
and April 96.  Are there any members of the list who live in either of
those countries who would like to run a celiac bed and breakfast for a few
days?  If so,  we'd like to hear from you.  I don't have the itinerary
worked out yet, but the first month we'll be in NZ, traveling by car. Then
on  to Cook Islands for a few days - and then Australia and Tasmania rather
than  Great Barrier Reef, we think.  Any suggestions welcome.  I assume
that the incidence of celiac is higher in New Zealand than in the U>S> - is
that correct?
