Hi! This is my first post to the list. Does anyone know if WestSoy
Plus (available here in PA) is GF? If not, is there an alternative soy
milk that has calcium? My son (22 months) was diagnosed with celiac
about two months ago. He seems to be lactose intolerant, although he's
tolerating cheese. Yogurt, rice pudding, and milk all seem to give him
loose bowels. Any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know if Eckridge (sp?) all-beek bologna is GF? I've
talked to the manufacturer, but they can't answer if I don't have a UPC
code, and there is no UPC code on the bologna at the deli. I know this
sounds ridiculous, but it's the truth. If this bologna is not GF, does
a GF bologna exist? Or salami for that matter.

Thanks! I will summarize results. Deborrah
