Hi all -

The program Sweet Dreams on FoodTV had a recipe for Flourless
Chocolate-Kahlua Cake with Cajeta on Monday, 6/25.

The pastry chef, Gale Gand, even mentioned that she has many people come
into her restaurant that are gluten intolerant and request gluten-free
food.  She says she makes this cake special for them.

You can find the recipe at Foodtv.com.  It looked great.
