The spelt question has arisen again.  Don Kasarda can probably speak to the
similarities between wheat and spelt and kamut.  I have seen several
patients with celiac disease who have symptoms with spelt and I suspect that
these grains are quite similar with regard to their ability to produce
damage.  Whether spelt or kamut are okay for peolpe who wheat allergy and
not celiac disease is really not determined.  joe murray
