Thanks to all of you who responded.....Glutino is the one I was looking
for, but unfortunately, while the pasta itself is $4.69  (US) per
package, they wanted $10.32 to ship it! I''m going to try and see if I
can get my local healthfood store to carry it, or perhaps one of the
other online vendors with more reasonable shipping costs!
