OK Kids, here you go.....I found a great Gluten Free Beef and Chicken
stock.  The brand is Kitchen Basics. It comes in 12 oz and 32 oz BOXES,
in the soup/bullion aisle of the supermarket. It is GF, and Fat Free.
The sodium is a little high 500 mg for 1 serving...but it very
flavorful.

It is also a free food on the diet exchange system.
