There is no activity on the Celiac-Diabetes email so I am sending this to
the Celiac list.

I would like to know if any Celiac-Diabetic has their diabetes under
control. The gluten free foods are so hard for a diabetic. The carb
count is high and a lot of smaller gluten free food companies do not have
carb counts on the packaging (which is allowed if it is a small company).

I would like to know how people get the diabetes under control. I am
trying but with so many illnesses and stress in my life I struggle with
high blood sugars. I have been on the pump for 4 years. Any ideas??

Ginny
