Hello All!

We would like to get our 2 boys (ages 8 & 10) on a 504 plan. I have
documentation from our doctor (prescription with Celiac diagnosis and
recommendation for 504), do I just walk into the school's office, give
it to them and say, "I want my kids to have a 504 plan?" I know there a
meeting with school officials to make it official, they look at the
kids' school records.

I would love to hear from those of you who have been through this
process - how do I do it?

Many Thanks,
Kate
